Can I cancel my order?

Roles : IT, HR Admin and Employee


Once an order has been confirmed, you are unable to cancel it. However, If you wish to cancel any order that is still on pending status, please email us with the order receipt to customersupport@esevel.com. We will reply within 1 business day.


Note : For an order placed by the Manager on the Employee behalf, please contact your Employer.
