What is the warranty period of the products?

Roles : IT, HR Admin and Employee

The warranty expiration depends on the items. 

For Apple products the original warranty is 1 year by the manufacturer and the other brands will depend on the items itself. 

You may check the warranty period on the details of the product details using this guide: 

1. On your dashboard, go to “Marketplace”.

2. Choose the product categories.

3. Use the filter engine to search the product you’re looking for.

 4. On the product description, choose “More Info”.

5. It will show all the product's details including the warranty.
