How to Create a New Ticket for IT Helpdesk

Roles: IT and HR Admin 


Note: This is available only for companies who purchased the IT Service Package. To find out more, contact sales@esevel.com.


1. On your dashboard, go to “Support”.
2. Then choose “Requests”.
3. To create a new ticket, select “Open New Ticket”.


4. Once you are on the Support page, select the “Country” dropdown list. 
5. Fill in all the details. 
6. Click “Submit a Ticket”


7.  For create the Support Ticket for your employee, you may use the same guide by clicking             the “Employee Tickets” sections.



Note: You will receive an email confirmation if the request is submitted successfully.
