How to Change Ownership of an Existing Asset

Change Ownership: Change owners of an asset to a different employee (without physical redeployment)

1. On your dashboard, go to “Assets”.

2. Filter the asset using the search engine provided.

3. Click on the “Action” button and select “Change ownership”. 

4. Select New Device Owner from the dropdown list and Tick the box Maintain Device History if you want to maintain the device history. 

5. Then choose “Submit”.

Note : 
1) The new employee has to be added in advance to the Esevel platform. To add the new employee please refer to this guide below:

2) Esevel will not undertake any physical redeployment for this request
