How to Onboard an Employee

Roles: IT and HR Admin 


1. On your dashboard, go to “Team”.
2. Select “Onboarding”
3. Click on “Add New Request”.

4. You have two options here: 
4.1. Select the Employee to onboard if there is already an existing record of this employee.
4.2. Tick “Employee has not been added to the list” to create a new employee.


Note: If you tick the box, a section will appear for you to fill in the details of the employee. 
5. Pick the Onboarding date.
6. Click “Next”.


7. You have two options here: 
    7.1. Choose an asset from your existing asset to provision that asset to your employee. 
    7.2. Purchase a new asset from Esevel platform. Choose “Select from marketplace" or "Select from Catalogue".

i. Browse through the marketplace and “Select Asset”.
ii. Click “Confirm Selection” and click “Confirm” again. 
iii. Click “Back to Onboarding Request”.


7. Click “Next”.


8. Tick "Yes" if you want to set up the device before delivery. Otherwise "No" .
9. Tick  "Yes" to notify the manager about the onboarding status. Otherwise "No"


10. Add Device Group (Optional).
11. Add User Group (Optional).
12. Click “Next”.


13. Review the details and click “Submit” to complete the request.
