Roles: IT and HR Admin
1. On your dashboard, go to “Support”.
2. Then choose “Requests”.
3. From the list you may see the status of the ticket you raised.
4. You may also use the filter engine to search for the support ticket.
5. To track all the tickets that raised by your employee, you may find it on this page on the employee ticket sections
